Kneepads

Having tried several types of knee pad, I have found these the most suitable for dancing and floor-work.

Designed with a hole at the back of the knee, they are extremely comfortable, well padded and don't pinch the back of your legs. Not bulky, they fit nicely under a costume.

Medium size will be fine for most female dancers.
