The inner thighs

1.Open you legs wide 2.Increase this into a deep, progressive stretch, take a deep breath and lean gently forward, as you breath out.

Stretching the thighs

  1. Sit on the floor with your back straight. Open your legs wide, point and flex both feet. As the thigh muscles relax, try taking the legs out wider.
  2. To increase this into a deep, progressive stretch, take a deep breath and lean gently forward, as you breathe out.
  3. This stretch can be done from a chair.

Notes

  • Keep the back straight.
  • If your legs shake, you have stretched too far - ease off a little.
