Stretches

The shoulder

1.Raise your right arm to shoulder height in front of you 2.Now bring your right arm across your body
3.To increase the stretch, push gently on the top of your right arm with you left hand.

Stretching the shoulder

  1. Sit or stand comfortably with your back straight
  2. Raise your right arm to shoulder height in front of you. Now bring your right arm across your body
  3. To increase the stretch, push gently on the top of your right arm with you left hand.
  4. Repeat on the other side.
