The neck

1.Sit or stand comfortably with your back straight 2.Gently let take your chin to your chest
3. Roll your chin from your chest up towards the right and look over your right shoulder. 4. Roll your chin from your chest up towards the right and look over your right shoulder.
5. Roll back again to the chest and then up towards the left, looking over the left shoulder 6. Roll back again to the chest and then up towards the left, looking over the left shoulder

Stretching the neck
  1. Sit or stand comfortably with your back straight.
  2. Gently take your chin to your chest.
  3. Roll your chin from your chest up towards the right.
  4. Look over your right shoulder.
  5. Roll back again to the chest and then up towards the left.
  6. Look over the left shoulder.
  7. Repeat 2-3 times.

  • This stretch can be done seated or standing.
