The sides

1.Reach up with your right hand 2.Bend the right knee and drop your right hip
3.Reach up with your left hand 4.Bend the left knee and drop your left hip

Stretching the sides

  1. Stand with your feet about hip-width apart. Reach up with your right hand.
  2. Bend your right knee and drop your right hip
  3. Repeat on the other side.
