Achilles tendon

1.From the calf stretch, take the right foot back about a half pace 2.Let your weight drop down through the left leg

Stretching the heel
  1. From the calf stretch, take the right foot back about a half pace. Bend both knees
  2. Let your weight drop down through your left leg. You should feel a stretch at the back of your left heel
  3. Repeat on the other side.

Notes

  • This stretch is developed from the finishing position of the calf stretch.
